We are planning a long term, deep learning programme in the West Midlands, initially starting with three districts: Cannock Chase, Stafford, Lichfield & Birmingham. Working with the three district councils as well as various University departments, we are planning to track behaviour change over time as the whole district is taken on a journey of carbon literacy and climate and ecological adaptation. Our challenge to the communities this year is to lower their carbon footprint by 10%.
